CCF Summer Spark 2026
Community Connect Foundation (CCF) will be providing a stimulating and physical and well being activities which will allow young people to explore, learn new skills and build on confidence. The summer spark is organised for all young people from 5 years to 16 years including those with send needs where staff will provide additional support when necessary. The Summer programme is universal for all young people, CCF will be working in collaboration with partner organisations such as national trust and Canal and River Trust using their facilities and resources when activities arranged. We have devised a fun and enriching list of activities which will stimulate young people’s mind, creative thinking, thought process and problem solve and take on challenges and understand responsibility. We aim to deliver dance sessions, music sessions, simple meal preparation, animation sessions and gardening flower growing sessions.

We have delivered HAF before and already have access to a range of young people and we are delivering a range of activities to keep young people engaged in learning through play. The activities have been arranged in consultation with the young people and their families to meet the young person’s need.

What activities are offered by Community Connect Foundation?
We have consulted with young people and their parents and we have devised a number of stimulating
physical and well being activities which allows young people to explore, learn new skills and build
confidence. We will run sports programmes such as football sessions in the local park, carry out dodge ball,
table tennis competitions, badminton and every session we will carry out gentle exercise routines to warm up
the young people. We will also work with partner organisations Canal and River Trust and attend their water
based kayaking sessions. We have devised a fun and enriching list of activities which stimulate their mind
and thinking and be creative. We aim to deliver dance and music sessions, hobby crafts such necklace
beading, facial arts, canvass painting, cooking and baking sessions, animation sessions & gardening planting
flowers. -
