Time Step Dance
Time Step offers a creative and engaging holiday programme packed with arts, dance and cultural activities for children and young people. Sessions may include dance workshops, cheerleading, street dance, creative arts and crafts, cultural arts experiences, and a variety of other hands-on activities designed to inspire creativity and self-expression.
Children can develop new skills, build confidence, make friends and explore their creativity in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment. Participants may also have opportunities to work towards nationally recognised awards and achievements.

What activities are on offer?
Join us this Summer for our family Pantomime – The Pirate and The CrocodileThis is a fun interactive family show with lots of singing and dancing through out. children and parents are encouraged to get up and join in. The pantos bring the magic of the stage to children and their families. Our panto’s allow the audience to leave the real world behind and slip into a world of fantasy and magic.Before and after the show there will be opportunities for the children to take part in sporting games and physical activities and we will provide a theatre themed lunch. -

Time Step presents professional family pantomimes that are perfect for all ages. Our performances are highly interactive, inviting the audience to become a part of the story. With lively singing, dancing, and plenty of laughter, there’s fun for everyone! We prioritise using local, easily accessible venues, ensuring a convenient experience for families. Our regular sessions take place in Tipton, where most of the young people who attend are from the local area, giving us a deep understanding of the community’s needs. All our venues are fully accessible, and with parents staying with their children, we are proud to support children with SEND and physical disabilities, making our shows inclusive for all.

Our pantomimes are designed to add a touch of magic to everyday life. This family-friendly activity fosters bonding between children and their caregivers, creating memorable experiences together. Theatre can often be expensive and out of reach for many, so by offering these sessions, we aim to make the wonder of the theatre accessible to everyone, sparking a love of the arts in children. Our other sessions focus on building confidence, social skills, coordination, and self-expression. Above all, we want children and young people to feel inspired and empowered to believe they can achieve whatever they set their minds to.

My 2 children go to the classes on a Monday evening. All I can say is what a wonderful place for children to meet new friends enjoy dancing, gymnastics etc… the tutors do really learn them well. My 2 have come on leaps and bounds, their confidence has really come on since they have been going. I cannot thank the team enough for encouraging them to learn more. Really nice people and they push the kids to believe in themselves, they get stronger each week. so, I just want to thank all you.
My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in her dance classes and gymnastics, she’s making friends and her confidence has improved. She looks forward to her classes every week and is excited to show off what she’s learnt
To book this activity – If your child meets the criteria you will receive an email. You will need to book using the link and your child’s 16-digit HAF voucher code which school has allocated via text message or email.
If your child does not receive free school meals please email the activity provider, your booking will not be confirmed until you have a response from the provider
Around 1 week before the show you will receive an email from us to confirm your booking. Please keep an eye open for this and respond.
